what are your business hours?
  • Monday - Saturday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Sunday and public holidays: closed
  • kindly note, we will have a slow response outside the business hours 
when my order will be shipped?
  • Monday - Friday: all orders will be shipped at 3 p.m. and any order comes above 3 p.m. will be shipped on the next day 
  • Saturday: all orders will be shipped at 12 p.m. and any order comes above 12 p.m will be shipped on Monday
  • Sunday and public holidays: off
what shipping method can I use?
  • JNE Reg
  • JNE YES
  • GoSend SameDay: +5k for admin fee
  • GoSend Instant: +5k for admin fee
all shipping method will be calculated automatically at check out

how can I get my tracking number?
  • after we verify your payment, your order will be processed. tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped 
  • another way, check  on column "Merchant Remarks" from Order History when you logged into your account to find your tracking number

what is your refund and return policy?
unfortunately, you can't refund and return any purchased item for hygiene reasons. if you feel unsatisfied with our product or you believe that the item you have received is faulty , kindly send us your thought to bibiembi.cs@gmail.com or contact us through Whatsapp (+62)8 515 847 5552. we're open to any suggestions! 

I've got the wrong item from my order! what should I do?
please email us with the subject "Wrong Item - [OrderID]" including attachment of the product you've received to bibiembi.cs@gmail.com or Whatsapp (+62)8 515 847 5552. we will be responsible for paying your shipping cost. this condition only applicable within 7 days from the day you received the order.

I already paid for the item, but I didn't receive it
please email us with the subject "Missing Item - [OrderID]" with a video attachment of you unboxing the package to bibiembi.cs@gmail.com or Whatsapp (+62)8 515 847 5552. we will be responsible for paying your shipping cost. this condition only applicable within 2 days from the day you received the order.

  • we do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or delay caused by courrier.
  • make sure your address is correct to avoid failure on delivery caused by incomplete address or misspelled address.
  • recording a video while opening your package is necessary in order to process return product in case of damaged, mistaken, or missing item.
